This zesty sauce goes on everything from beef, to chicken, to roasted vegetables. 


Ingredients



  • 1 bunch parsley 

  • 1/4 onion, roughly chopped 

  • Juice of 1 lime 

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Pinch of chili flakes 

  • 4 clove garlic 

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil  

  • Salt, to taste 


Directions



  1. Combine parsley, onion, juice, chili flakes, and garlic in a blender and pulse into a paste. 

  2. Stream in the oil to emulsify the sauce and season to taste with salt.
