Easy Stove Top Popcorn

Who doesn't like popcorn????
- 1-6 hand fulls of Non GMO Corn (for popcorn)
- 1-2 Tbl Coconut Oil (or any oil you have or butter)
- 1-2 Tsp of a fun seasoning (sometimes we use Blackening, Cajun or Italian, depends on your mood, have fun with it)
- 1-4 Tbl of pure nauty-ness!!! Feel free to melt some butter and pour on ever so gently!
Heat up pan (the bigger the pan, the more popcorn your can pop) over medium heat. Add the oil and put 3 kernels in pan, when one kernel pops, add the rest. I add them a handful at a time so I can keep track of how many handfuls will feet in the different size containers. In a small pan 1-2 handfuls, medium 2-3 handfuls, large 3-4 handfuls.
Now here is how your get perfectly cooked corn every time! When 3-4 seconds go by without a kernel popping is when you remove from heat and instantly flip over into a bowl.
Now season and enjoy! I can eat a whole big bowl so serving suggestion sizes are up to the chef :) ~ Pauly
