Ingredients



  • 1 Handful, Spinach

  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower Oil/Safflower 

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Optional: Parmesan Cheese and Lemon


Directions


Step 1
Heat oil up on Medium to Medium High.


Step 2
When hot add Spinach for about 30 seconds to 1 min, stirring until spinach crisp up.


Step 3
When crip remove and sprinkle with sea salt.  If you want to get real cray cray add parmesan cheese and fresh lemon juice and serve!
