Eat your greens!
Wash and rough chop swiss chard. Mince 2 cloves of garlic, slice 4 green onions. Juice the 1/2 lemon.
On med to medium-high heat melt butter. Add onions and garlic and saute for 3-5 min stirring constantly. Add Chard and cook for another 1-3 min. I don't like to overcook my Chard. Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice and enjoy!
One cup of cooked Swiss Chard provides approximately 716% Vitamin K, 214% Vitamin A, 53% Vitamin C, 38% Magnesium, 29% Manganese, 27% Potassium, 22% Iron & 17% Vitamin E.
