Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Swiss Chard

  • 2 Cloves Garlic

  • 4 Green Onions

  • 1/2 Lemon

  • 1 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil

  • t/t Sea Salt

Directions

Step 1
Wash and rough chop swiss chard. Mince 2 cloves of garlic, slice 4 green onions. Juice the 1/2 lemon.

Step 2
On med to medium-high heat melt butter. Add onions and garlic and saute for 3-5 min stirring constantly.  Add Chard and cook for another 1-3 min. I don't like to overcook my Chard. Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice and enjoy!

One cup of cooked Swiss Chard provides approximately 716% Vitamin K, 214% Vitamin A, 53% Vitamin C, 38% Magnesium, 29% Manganese, 27% Potassium, 22% Iron & 17% Vitamin E.
