An easy side that can compiment any protien. Great for the summer when zucchini is bountiful. ~Chef Austin Merath
1-2 Garlic Cloves
Cracked Black Pepper
Cut the ends off of the zucchini. Slice zucchini to 1/4” thickness.
Take the back of a knife and smash the garlic cloves to release the skin. Mince garlic cloves.
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add your butter to melt. Add sliced zucchini and toss to coat in butter.
Continue cooking, tossing zucchini every few minutes until it starts to soften and brown. Now add your garlic. Toss and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot!
