Ingredients


Cookie Dough


1/3 C Unsalted Butter, Softened


1/4 C Sugar


1/4 C Brown Sugar


1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract


1/8 Tsp Salt


2 Tbsp Cream


1/2 C AP Flour


Fudge


1/3 C Brown Sugar


1/3 C Unsalted Butter


Pinch of Salt


1/3 C Cream


5 C Powdered Sugar


1 Tsp Vanilla Extract


1/2 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


Directions


Step 1
Cookie Dough - Combine butter and sugars in the bowl of a stand or handheld mixer. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla, salt, and cream. Add flour and mix until just combined. Do NOT overmix. 


Step 2
Fudge - Combine brown sugar, butter, salt, and cream in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium-low heat until butter is melted and brown sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Slowly stir in powdered sugar until mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla. Feel free to add more powdered sugar for a thicker, firmer, sweeter fudge. 


Step 3
Add cookie dough to the fudge base andstir to combine. Fold in mini chocolate chips and spread into 8x8 in baking pan with parchment paper. Chill until set, about 3-4 hours.
