Buckeye Peanut Butter Balls

Easy family favorite. Add a pinch of sea salt after dipping in chocolate for a sweet and salty combo!
2 C Peanut Butter
1/2 C Butter
4 C Powdered Sugar
3 C Crisp Rice Cereal
2 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate
2 Tbsp Butter
In saucepan, melt peanut butter and butter over low heat. In large bowl break up rice ceral and combine with confectioners' sugar. Pour peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients and blend together thoroughly.
Form into 1 inch balls, lay on cookie sheet, and chill until firm - at least one hour.
Melt chocolate with 2 Tbsp of butter over double boiler. Dip each ball with toothpick into the chocolate and place them back on the cookie sheets. Chill until firm.
