Ingredients


1 C Plain Kefir


1 C Steamed and Peeled Red Beets, Chilled


1 Tbsp Raw Organic Honey


1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar


Dash of Cinnamon


Directions


Step 1
Add all ingredients into blender and blend until nice and smooth, about one minute.
