Crohn's disease friendly recipe. Enjoy the natural flavor of salmon with a compliment of saltiness of capers. A simple dish to induldge in. From the kitchen of Vintage Cookery ~Chef Austin Merath


Ingredients


2 fresh salmon steaks


1 Tbsp capers, drained and rinsed


olive oil


sea salt


tumeric 


Directions


Step 1
Lightly coat salmon steaks with olive oil and season with salt an tumeric.


Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add salmon to the pan. Flip once the salmon is cooked halfway though (only flip this fish once!). When cooked through, add the capers to the pan to heat them.


Step 3
Remove from heat and place over chopped spinach.
