Suprise your guest with watermelon like they've never had before. Grilled watermelon can be eaten alone or can be added to a salad. Goes good with some fresh goat cheese. ~Chef Austin Merath
Slice watermelon into triangles. Feel free to leave rind on or off.
Preheat your grill to a high heat. Make sure that grill grates are clean.
Brush each side of watermelon slice with olive oil.
Place watermelon on grill. Grill each side about 2-3 minutes until grill marks form then remove from grill. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to serve.
