EASY, gooey chocolate truffles!
16 Oz Heavy Cream
2 Oz Butter
1 Oz Corn Syrup
36 Oz Chocolate Chips
Bring cream, butter, and corn syrup to a boil, take off heat.
Pour boiling mixture over chocolate chips in a stainless steel bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour into shallow pan and freeze until set, but not hard (about 1 hour).
Using a tablespoon, scoop out chocolate and roll into 1-inch balls. Coat in your favorite nuts and candies like crushed peanuts, pistachios, oreo cookies, or add a pinch of sea salt. Keep in refrigerator.
