Roasted Vegetables

I love roasted vegetables any time! 


Ingredients



  • 1 Pound Organic Carrots, Large Dice

  • 1 Bunch Organic Beets, Large Dice

  • 1 Head Organic Cauliflower, Large Dice

  • 1 Seasoning Packet from Farm 2 Counter "Sea Salt, Peanut Oil, Thyme, Black Pepper"

  • 2 Tbl Peanut Oil


Directions


Toss cut up vegetables in the seasoning/oil mix, and roast on 420 degrees for 13 min, turn and roast another 11 minutes. Enjoy!
