Christmas Turkey Brine

This brine will enhance the flavor of your meat 10 fold. It will make every piece of your turkey so juicy and tender. This is the kind of tricks chef use to make their food taste so good. 


Ingredients



  • 1 Gallon Water

  • 1 Cup Sea Salt

  • 2 Bay Leaves 

  • 2 Tbl Sage

  • 1 Tbl Black Pepper

  • 1 Tbl Thyme

  • 1 Tbl Rosemary

  • 2 Tsp Allspice

  • 2 Tsp Cloves

  • 2 Tsp Nutmeg


Directions


Combine all ingredients and submerge your turkey or chicken or any kind of meat in this beautiful creation. Let rest in refrigerator for 24 hours. Drain and cook to your liking.
