Mini versions of food just taste better for some reason. Burgers are my favorite version of mini food. You can't beat the flavor of fresh ground pork mixed with fresh garlic. These sliders are easy and great for a crowd! ~Chef Austin
Ingredients
1 Lb Ground Pork
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Tomato
1/2 Onion
4 pieces Million Dolllar Pickles
Dinner Rolls
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
Step 1
Slice your tomato into slices small enough for your dinner rolls. Season with salt & pepper and set on a serving tray.
Step 2
Take a mandoline or sharp knife and make some very thin slices of raw onion. Take million dollar pickle chunks and slice into pickle chips. Split the dinner rolls in half. Set all on serving tray.
Step 3
Mince 4 cloves of garlic. In a bowl, mix together ground pork, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Form into small patties the size of the dinner rolls. Put a deep thumbprint indention into each patty.
Step 4
Heat your grill or a skillet to medium high heat. Add pork patties and cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes per side untill browned. Transfer to serving tray.
Step 5
Assemble sliders how you like! Add some mayo & sriracha.
