These meatballs are perfect to serve as appetizers, or as the protein of various entrees such as meatballs subs or pasta.
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, small diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. dried Italian herbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Mix together all ingredients until uniformly combined.
- Portion meatballs into approximately 2 tbsp. balls and bake on a sheet tray at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
