I have traveled the oceans and had many crew that were from Australia. They eat this style of hamburger and it is amazing! Feel free to cook your egg any way you like. This adds great protein and some awesome flavor profiles. 


Ingredients



  • Local Free Range Eggs

  • 4 Pack Local Wagyu Beef Patties

  • 4 Pack of Hamburger Buns

  • 8 Strips Nitrate Free Bacon

  • 4 Rings of Organic Onions

  • 8 Slices of Pickled Beets (or roasted)

  • Mayo


Directions


Grill your hamburger patties the way you like, grill the buns (this adds great extra flavor), cook the bacon to desired texture. You can use pickled beets or roast your beets. We have a great recipe CLICK HERE


Traditionally the Aussies cook their egg over easy and put on top of the patty. When you bite into the egg the yolk will run and create the perfect sauce! Yum!
