Ginger Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast

What an easy dish you can do with fish, pork or even beef.
- 2-4 Chicken Breast (local if possible)
- 1-2 Tbl Minced Ginger
- 1-2 Tbl Soy Sauce or Tamari
- 1-2 Tbl Minced Garlic
- 1-2 Limes, Juiced
- Bonus (if you like heat, add some Sriracha Sauce or Chili Flakes)
Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag (I like the freezer safe ones, they seal better) and marinate for 10 minutes if you are in a hurry or 24 hours if you have time.
Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked all the way through on the grill. (you can also saute on med-high heat with oil or butter)
