These meatballs are perfect to serve as appetizers, or as the protein of various entrees such as meatballs subs or pasta. 


Ingredients



  • 1 lb. ground beef

  • 1/2 onion, small diced 

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 

  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt 

  • 1 tsp. pepper 

  • 1 tbsp. dried Italian herbs 

  • 1 egg 

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 


Directions



  1. Mix together all ingredients until uniformly combined. 

  2. Portion meatballs into approximately 2 tbsp. balls and bake on a sheet tray at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
