Creamy Carrot and Dill Soup

This light and fluffy raw vegan soup is both nutritious and delicious. It is satisfying without being overwhelming on a warm day. It is also quick to prepare.


1 3/4 C Water

4 Med Organic Carrots, Chopped into 2"-3" Pieces

2 Pearl Onions, Peeled

1 Tbsp Fresh Dill, Packed

1 Clove Garlic

1/2 C Raw Cashews

2 Tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes

2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos

1/4 Tsp Sea Salt


Step 1
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender (e.g. Vitamix, Blendtec, etc.)

Step 2
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and hot, around 5 minuites.

Step 3
Serve and enjoy. :)
