This is a great recipe and the only way I like to eat raw kale!
- 1-2 Bunch Organic Kale, peeled and chopped
- 1-2 Organic Avocado, smooshed
- 3/4 Cup Cherry Tomatoes or Reg Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Tbl Lemon or Lime, Freshly Juiced
- To Taste Sea Salt/Cracked Pepper
- (for spice add 1 chopped Jalapeno or Habanero)
Take all ingredients and mix and smoosh together by hand. This is very important to do by hand so that the avocado mixes properly. Enjoy! This salad is amazing and raw vegan!!!
