Cube the avocado. Peel and cube turnip. Chop swiss chard.
In a small pot boil salted water and cook turnips for 6-8 minutes. Remove from water and refigerate till cold.
Sautee Swiss chard in olive oil until tender and refrigerate.
When all items are cold, mix together with lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. What an easy treat! To take to the next level add a little Braggs amino acids or your favorite soy sauce and some chili flakes.
