Ingredients



  • 1 Organic Avocado

  • 1 lb Organic Turnips

  • 1 bunch Organic Swiss Chard

  • 1/2 Organic Meyer Lemon Juice

  • 1-2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (you can buy in our store)

  • Sea Salt, to taste


Directions


Step 1
Cube the avocado. Peel and cube turnip. Chop swiss chard.


Step 2
I
n a small pot boil salted water and cook turnips for 6-8 minutes. Remove from water and refigerate till cold.


Step 3
Sautee Swiss chard in olive oil until tender and refrigerate.


Step 4
When all items are cold, mix together with lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. What an easy treat! To take to the next level add a little Braggs amino acids or your favorite soy sauce and some chili flakes.
