Roasted Brussels Sprouts

We absolutely love Brussels sprouts in our family and are always coming up with new ways to do them. What is your favorite?
- 12 oz Brussels Sprouts
- 4-5 Green Onion
- 2-4 Garlic Cloves
- 1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- t/t Salt & Pepper
- 1-2 tbl olive oil
Quarter brussle sprouts, chop green onions, and mince garlic. Add to a large bowl. Drizzle over oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Pre-heat oven with baking pan empty to 400 degrees. When oven is pre-heated take out empty pan and pour out vegetables. You will hear a sizzle, this is a good thing. Your veggies will be less likely to stick to the pan now.
Cook for 20 minutes then turn evenly. Cook another 10-14 minutes or until everything is fork tender. Remove from oven and then douse with lemon juice to serve.
