Coconut Oil Fried Green Tomatoes

This dish takes me back to my childhood growing up in Texas. Nothing beats a fried green tomato. Feel free to use any oil you have if you don't have Coconut Oil.
- 3-4 Green Tomatoes, Cut in thin wheels
- 1 cup Coconut Oil
- 2 Eggs, Local
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups unbleached flour
- to taste sea salt
Heat oil on medium. Whip eggs together with milk and two dashes of sea salt. Mix flour and 3 dashes of sea salt together. Add tomato slice to flour, then egg wash, then back to flour then to oil. Cook till golden brown then enjoy the best things in life. The simple things!
