Fresh Pico de Gallo

This refreshing side dish is bursting with bold flavors. Enjoy with chips or tacos!


Ingredients


Dice and combine the tomatoes, cilantro, and onion into a medium bowl. 


Squeeze the lime juice for flavor, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.


Refrigerate up to one day.


Stir contents and drain any excess liquids. Enjoy!

  • 2 Medium Tomatoes

  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Cilantro

  • 1/4 Cup Finely Diced Onion

  • 1 Tbs Squeezed Lime Juice

  • 1/2 Tbs Salt
