This is a fun way to kick up your kale. Add an Asian twist to your garden harvest. If you have never explored tamari but love soy sauce you must give it a try. Your local grocery store will have tamari, just go to the Asian section and ask. Your friend who cares about your food. ~Pauly
Prepare all of your vegtables, derib and chop kale, mince garlic, large dice green tomato, mince ginger, large dice turnips, slice mushrooms.
Heat a large pan over med to med-high heat. Add coconut oil. When oil is hot add ginger, garlic, turnips, & mushrooms. Cook 4-6 minutes, then add green tomato. Cook 4-6 more minutes then add wine. Cook till most liquid is gone.
Add chicken stock, soy sauce, sea salt, chili flake and cook 2-4 minutes. Add Kale and cook 2-4 minutes. Top with Sesame Oil and serve. Feel free to add more soy sauce and sea salt to taste.
