Lemon Garlic Mustard Greens

Mustard Greens are so healthy and good for you!
- 1-2 Bunch of Mustard Greens
- 2-4 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 Lemon, Juiced
- 1-2 Tbsp Sunflower Oil (or your favorite cooking oil or butter)
- Sea Salt, To Taste
- Optional: Red Pepper Flakes
Chop mustard greens into 1" squares. Peel and mince garlic cloves and set aside.
In a large pan over medium-high heat add oil. Place mustard greens in pan and season with salt. Cook down for 4-6 minutes.
Right before greens are done, toss in garlic and saute until translucent (about 1 minute). After cooked add the lemon juice. Serve mustard greens hot.
