Sauteed Broccolini and Carrots

Something easy and fun to make for date night or family night! Add broccolini to your cooking arsenal. ~Paul Allen
- 4-8 Broccolini Stalks
- 4-8 Carrots, peeled
- 4-6 Garlic Cloves, minced (optional)
- 1 TBL Oil or Butter
- Sea Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 Tsp Tandoori Seasoning (optional) (We sell in our Dry Goods Section $8.99)
Peel carrots and mince garlic cloves.
Boil water in pot and season with 2 tbls sea salt. Add carrots and cook for 6 min, then add broccolini and cook for 4 more min. Remove from boiling water (shock in ice bath for best color) and let rest.
Heat up butter on med-high heat. Saute garlic for 2 min then add carrots and broccolini. Cook for 4-6 min stirring occasionally. Season with Tandoori Seasoning or salt and pepper.
