1 L Apple, Cored and Sliced
¾ C Almond Milk
¼ C Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp Oats
½ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
⅛ Tsp Ground Nutmeg
3-4 Cubes of Ice
1 Tsp of Honey
Step 1
Add all ingredients to your high-powered blender, with liquids at the bottom. Blend for 1 minutes or untill smooth.
