Enjoy this refreshing smoothie with cooling ginger, tart lemon, sweetened with honey.

1 C Low-Fat French Vanilla Yogurt
1 C Ice Cubes
2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Grated Fresh Ginger
2 Tsp Grated Lemon Zest
1/8 Tsp Ground Tumeric
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender, putting liquids at the bottom. Blend for 1 minute, serve immediatly!
