Using frozen fruit in place of ice can make a much stronger tasting smoothie and it doesn't taste icy. Freeze your leftover fruits in large zipper bags for your smoothies. Grapes freeze well too and work for good ice cube replacements in smoothies.

1 C Frozen Peach Slices
1 C Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1 C Chilled Green Tea
2 Tsp Honey
Step 1
Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Enjoy immediately. It doesn’t keep well.
