Fill a deep frying pan with cooking oil, enough to submerge the artichoke. Heat fry oil to 280F degrees.
Carefully place artichoke in oil and cook for 10-15 min. If you have a large one, you might need to turn artichoke occasionally.
Season with sea salt, lemon and Parmesan cheese. You can also make aoli for dipping.
