1 Bunch Kale, Washed & Dried
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper TT
Step 1
Preheat oven to 275F.
Step 2
Remove any large ribs from the kale leaf, then cut kale into 1-1.5" squares.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over kale and toss. Very lightly sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Step 4
Place in oven for 20 minutes, flipping half way through. Chips are done when kale is nice and crisp!
