Ingredients


2 1/2 C Brown Rice Flour


1/2 Tsp Baking Soda


1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder


1/2 Tsp Sea Salt


1/2 Tsp Cinnamon


 2 Beaten Flax Eggs


6 Ripe Bananas, Mashed


1/4 C Maple Syrup


1 Tsp Vanilla


1/4 C Coconut Oil


1/2 C Vegan Chocolate Chips


Directions


Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.


Step 2
 In a large bowl, combine brown rice flour, soda, powder, salt, and cinnamon. In separate bowl, mash banana. Mix in eggs, oil, syrup, and vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.


Step 3
Pour batter into pan, top with more chocolate chips, and bake for an hour or until set and golden brown on top. Enjoy!
