1 Bunch Radish
1 Tbls Olive Oil
Fresh Cracked Pepper, to taste
Sea Salt, to taste
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Wash raddishes and slice off greens, leaving 1/2" of the stalks on the raddish. Slice the radish lengthwise in half.
On a parchment lined baking sheet, toss the sliced raddish in olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes until radishes are tender and caramelized. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
