Use a fun color of cauliflower to make this a plate popping side dish! This a filling, low carb side to add to any meal. ~ Chef Austin
1 Cauliflower
3 Spring Onions
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Cracked Black Pepper
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into bite size flowerettes. Lay them onto the lined baking tray.
Step 3
Slice spring onions into small 1/8” pieces and add to the baking tray.
Step 4
Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and onions. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Everything is done when cauliflower is fork tender. Serve while still hot.
