Tip: Cherry tomatoes also make a great garnish!
1. Cut off ends of zucchini. Use a julienne peeler or spiralizer to slice the zucchini.
2. Combine the basil and optional seasonings in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Slowly add the olive oil in a constant stream while the food processor is on.
3. In a medium bowl, toss the zucchini noodles and pesto sauce until fully coated. Add mixture to a skillet and heat to ideal temperature. Add optional cherry tomatoes during or after the heating process.
